Furniture-X Expert Advice

The Furniture-X Expert Council complements the Furniture-X initiative with strategic and technical advice. It supports the further development of standardization and digitization initiatives and ensures that the results are compatible not only within the furniture industry, but also across other industries.

With its expertise in areas such as AAS, ECLASS, and IDTA, the Expert Council provides important impetus for coordinating common standards and data models with other industrial sectors. In this way, it ensures that Furniture-X initiatives are implemented in a sustainable, interoperable, and future-oriented manner—adding the proverbial icing on the cake to the digital transformation of the industry.
